Shipping and Handling

Handling Period

Orders are prepared and handed to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days after payment approval.

Estimated Arrival

Delivery is expected within 5–12 business days after dispatch. The complete processing and delivery period is approximately 6–15 business days.

Shipping estimates may be extended because of customs clearance, weather emergencies, carrier delays, or destination-specific restrictions.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided after shipment. Carrier updates may not appear immediately and can take up to 48 hours.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the address entered during checkout. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, rejected package, or unsuccessful delivery may be the customer’s responsibility.
